Annual Fresno Free College Foundation Membership Meeting November 30, 1999

The  Meeting was held at the Free Congregational Church of Fresno.

 Meeting was called to order by Doug Noll at 7 45 PM

 A determination of Quorum was made.

 It was moved and approved to set the number of Board Members at 11.

Doug Noll, FFCF President gave a President's Report on the status of KFCF and the Foundation Catherine Campbell, Board Member, gave a report on programming Much discussion took place about the conflicts between Board Members took place An amendment to the By Laws of The Fresno Free College Foundation was made as follows

Be it Resolved that Section 1 of Article 2 of the Bylaws of the Fresno Free College Foundation be amended to add a fourth class of membership, to wit, that any KFCF subscriber who subscribes at $25.00 or more per annum.

This amendment was passed unanimously by the membership An amendment to set up student and other KFCF subscriber rates was defeated.

An amendment to change the percentage of FFCF members needed for a quorum at the Annual Membership and other membership meetings from 20% to 10% was defeated

The following people were nominated for FFCF Board membership:

 The Existing FFCF Board (10) (Doug Noll and Barbara Devinney withdrew their nominations)

Bruce Kennedy

Mark Hernandez

Bob Munce

A motion was made and seconded to restore Mark Hemandez as a full member and volunteer with all rights and privileges of such status. The motion was approved.

Counting of Ballots found that the following were elected to the Board of Directors of The Fresno Free College Foundation:

 Dixie Salazar

 Sari Dworkin

 Bob Munce

Alex Vavoulis

 Rych Withers

 Rand L Stover

 Kent Stratford

 Deborah Speer

 Bruce Kennedy

The 11th position was a tie between Catherine Campbell and Alex Roselle.

The meeting was adjourned.
