1. Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting. Kent Stratford's name was corrected from Kent Steadman.
2. Financial Report
Vic Bedoian reported that the cash flow is in good condition and that the upcoming marathon could be a problem because of the staff dispute at KPFA. 3. Vic Bedoian discussed the grants for the Fresno Arts Council for the film festival and the Muse magazine.
4. Discussion of the role of KFCF in the current crisis within Pacifica Radio Board and discussed possible effects on KFCF in terms of programming. Old Business 5. Annual Banquet Date and place confirmed. Amy Goodman agreed to appear barring any crisis. 6. Distinguished Speaker Series Discussion of the sound systems at the Bonner Auditorium. Vic would ask Art Museum to fix. Matthew Lasar confirmed for June. Discussion of fall speakers ensued. New Business 7.
